Martin first obtained a degree in biochemistry from the University of Michigan; however after attending his first STAR POWER conference in Florida, he decided to make the move to real estate. Ultimately, he launched a successful career with Keller Williams Realty in Ann Arbor, MI. His superior work ethic, dedication to his clients and a strong team to support him has led him to become Keller Williams' #1 agent in Washtenaw County and #11 in the nation. Along with over 24 years of experience in the real estate community, Martin offers his clients unique, cutting edge marketing strategies and expertise of the current marketplace. In 2009 alone, Martin and his team helped 223 families move into new homes.

Recently, Martin has expanded his business into assisting sellers with short sales, having received his Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation. He has dedicated one full-time staff member who assists distressed sellers by staying in constant communication with banks, and keeping the lines of communication open with all parties involved.
