Monica has spent many years serving the nonprofit community, working with organizations including Ele's Place, Junior League, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and ChadTough. She now brings that experience in sales, business development, and relationship-building to Real Estate. She has lived in Ann Arbor since graduating from the University of Michigan in the 1990s, raised her children here, and understands firsthand how housing needs evolve through every stage of life. Her deep knowledge of the area, combined with her commitment to exceptional service, allows her to help clients find a home they love while navigating the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care.
With every home purchase, she will make a donation to a local nonprofit of my client’s choice - helping families find their next home while supporting the community we all call home.
When not helping clients, Monica enjoys spending time with her two children, family and friends. She especially loves travel and exploring the many local and national parks with her two golden retrievers, Mila and Buster. Whether taking flamenco, biking the Border-to-Border Trail, enjoying a beer on a patio, or discovering another park with her dogs, Monica looks forward to helping you enjoy the Ann Arbor area as much as she does!
