'I couldn't recommend Ilana more highly! I’m not sure how I can possibly be concise. As a newcomer to the area, commuting approximately 2.5 hrs per day to a new job where I work non-traditional hours, Ilana worked around my schedule to make the entire process as convenient as possible.
Not only were we also doing this during the pandemic, but I’m also a fairly recent widower, so I didn’t have my normal sounding board, and Ilana proved herself to be a trustworthy “partner” for me—she was more honest and transparent than I possibly could have hoped.
Her patience, positivity, calmness, and amazing knowledge of her craft was exactly what I needed, and together we were able to put me in my new dream home, at a very good price (below ask) in THIS market! - Steven Ouellette, February 2022
'The Bouma Group realtor, Ilana Riback, was extremely helpful in our search for a house in an unfamiliar city. She took the time to get to know us and our needs thereby making a potentially frustrating process of purchasing a property from out of town quite enjoyable. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was impressive, her outlook was realistic, and her guidance was valuable. She is friendly, honest, energetic, and just a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy property in the Ann Arbor area.' - Afrooz & Daryoosh Beigzadeh, January 2022
'I had a great experience working with Ilana Riback. She was very professional and used her expertise and that of the team to help our family get the perfect home.' - Scott Robison, January 2022
