Seven basic floor plans are offered ranging in size from 1500 to 2900 square feet with 3-4 bedrooms and 2.5 - 3.5 baths. Exteriors have steep roof lines, arched doorways, large front porches, and wrought iron railings. City utilities with Scio Township taxes are a plus, and children attend Ann Arbor Schools: Lakewood Elementary, Forsythe Middle School, and the new Skyline High School.


Market Update as of May 28, 2010

Like the rest of the Ann Arbor real estate market, Country French Estates has seen a significant decrease in property values over the past several years.    From 2005 - 2008 we saw values drop by 27% when looking at price per Square Feet.    The good news is that from 2008-2009 we saw prices increase by 7.7% and YTD for 2010 we have seen an additional 5.6% increase in values in Country French Estates.     Across the board in the Ann Arbor real estate market,we are seeing a leveling off of prices under $400,000 and all the signs point to upward pressure on pricing.
